About Us
Anderson Contractors Limited was set up in 2001
The managing director is Geoff Anderson, a graduate in timber technology (1991).
We are delighted that Geoff was voted onto the Southern Board of the Federation of Master Builders in April 2019. He was also voted Southern region FMB President in April 2023.
We undertake all manner of building works from new houses and extensions to garden rooms / offices and renovation projects.
We have a wide range of experience with different construction systems varying from green oak and softwood timber frames to conventional brick and block.
We are always happy to discuss all your needs and requirements from initial concepts through to the finishing details.
We provide a first class service to our customers with a strong emphasis on reliability, keeping the client fully informed throughout the build process and using the highest quality materials.
Our sub-contractors are all fully qualified experts within their fields.
We pride ourselves on our health and safety record and follow industry standard and Federation of Master Builders guidelines, risk assessments and waste management procedures.
Environmental impact
At Anderson Contractors Limited we have always had a passion for Green building.
We strive to minimise environmental impacts by using local materials, suppliers and labour; recycling everything possible, re-using and re-purposing wherever we can.
On our new build homes we always go far beyond the requirements of building control to get the highest Energy Performance Certificate score possible. Our best to date, on one of our own developments, was a score of band A, 98 in Frimley in 2021.
We always far surpass insulation and airtightness requirements using solar panels, air source heating and mechanical heating and ventilation recovery systems.
We use the latest technology to achieve the most efficient of homes; reducing utility bills and environmental impact for a greener and cleaner future.

I cannot recommend Anderson Contractors Ltd more highly. I employed the company to construct a two storey extension to a listed building, therefore requiring extra care and attention to detail. Geoff provided a very high quality service and was supported throughout by an excellent network of subcontractors who were all diligent and reliable, even working through 40 degree weather! Nothing was too much trouble and Geoff acted as project manager and was very easy to work with. Given the unique character of our house, Geoff provided some creative solutions and we are very pleased with the finished result.
